You will be..

  • Interact regularly with customers to better understand the expectations
  • Represent the voice of customer and drive customer centric mindset within the cluster
  • Influence the decision process of the entity to prioritize the customer requests
  • Drive quality strategy of the entity in accordance with the Global Quality Strategy
  • Drive the relevant quality programs to ensure continuous improvement in the process and services of the cluster & Manage the QMS of the entity
  • Implement SE Quality policy, define CSQ roles, targets and objectives at the cluster
  • Consolidate Non-Quality Cost and drive improvement actions
  • Understands Digital strategy of the company, its value proposition for Customers and is able to benchmark to strengths and weaknesses of key competitors
  • Successfully executes complex plans utilizing change management methodology
  • Defines the structure, support and direction for change and anticipates the impact of change and acts accordingly
  • Develops and executes strategies that will accurately measure customer service, accurately reflect customer perceptions of service and improve customer relations
  • Explores new systems and methodologies which will automate or simplify the inventory control process, drive down lead time,minimize paperwork and improve information flowExplores new technologies and develops new systems that will provide the best possible communication resources to internal and external customers
  • Determines current and future customer needs and expectations,in addition to requirements.
  • Promotes operational excellence. Advocates for customer centric performance
  • Demonstrates advanced decision making skills under adverse conditions
  • Provides consultation to local Offer safety committees concerning active and potential Offer Safety Alert cases & to prevent customer dissatisfaction from defective products or services.
  • Implement company policy, define roles, targets and objectives
  • Drive business/digital transformation in CCC
  • Create an effective and efficient organization
  • Develop revenue generation activities at cluster level & Contribute to knowledge development planning
  • Evaluate and plan the resource needs based on service level agreements
  • Responsible for budget reporting

Qualifications

.You will be perfect fit if you have..

  • University degree on Engineering or equivalent
  • Preferable 10 years relevant experience in quality management
  • Strong background in customer strategy and process improvement
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop an analytical understanding
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong Management skills,
  • Ability to influence others
