In Market Supply Chain Planner

The In Market Supply Chain Planner position includes developing, implementing, and administering systems, procedures, processes, and providing effective demand management services to meet customer service levels and compliance regulations while minimizing risk and overall costs.

Manage the execution of Supply Chain strategy; assists in the development of business objectives, policies, and procedures.

Communicate in all directions to keep associates, peers, and management informed of project status, process changes, and opportunities.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Supports Integrated Business Planning (IBP) at country level with key focus on the Step 2 of the Demand Review with Commercial, Finance and BI for alignment of the Consensus Demand Forecast with risks and opportunities. Upload forecast into Anaplan monthly basis for 36 months. Responsible to take meeting minutes and follow up on action/decision log.

  • Accountable for Supply Network Planning, manages and plans timely and cost-effective supply of his/her portfolio based upon product life cycle stage, monitors market demand variations and communicates with upstream supply chain to ensure un-interrupted supply to the markets and eliminate risk of stock out.

  • Manages, plans and initiates import and export licenses for the narcotic portfolio. Monitors expiry dates of licenses.

  • In coordination with key cross-functional partners (RA, Quality, Medical, Commercial) manages New Artwork Implementation Planning and Shelf-Life Planning in OMP.

  • Work in partnership with CVT, Supply Chain Development Leaders for new product launches, and with Regional Demand Management team on forecasting process.

  • Collaborates with local stakeholders to find solutions to avoid SLOB and destructions

  • Maintains Master Data Planning Parameters for ERP (SAP) and Planning System (OMP)

  • Build and share finished goods net requirements with local manufacturers according to the monthly rolling forecast provided by Commercial. Works with internal and external stakeholders to improve service level, reports KPIs and make escalations for issue resolution.

  • Manual upload on behalf of local manufacturers the net requirements (bulk/API) onto OMP-SNP for visibility to Janssen Supply Planning sites.

  • PO/GR/Invoice management and stock reconciliation for local CMO businesses.

  • Ensure full compliance with company SOPs, HCC guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Has a University Degree, and 2-4 years of relevant experience.

  • Collaborates across functions to achieve better results.

  • Strong knowledge of English.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven record of working with big data sets with an analytic mindset.

  • Has an open and curious mindset and displays innovative thinking.

  • Has the necessary IT skills (MS Office, SAP, OMP, etc.) and solid excel knowledge.

  • APICS certification is preferred.
