Job Description

• Hands on experience in RHEL tasks like installing operating system software, patches and upgrades
• Configuring, optimizing, fine-tuning and monitoring operating system software and servers
• Analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving system hardware, software and networking issues, backup and recovery related tasks
• Additional experience in AWS cloud technology (EC2, LB, S3, IAM, AWS backup, Elastic Disaster Recovery, Systems Manager)
• RHEL or AWS certification would be preferable
• Good understanding of information security standards for RHEL and cloud technologies, vulnerability management, deployment and lifecycle management in cloud
• Comfortable and confident when speaking with clients as a technical expert and able to translate technical concepts into simple terminology for clients of various levels
• Passionate about identifying and solving problems for customers with the ability to uncover needs through direct interaction, as well as quantitative or qualitative research to define compelling solutions
• Ability to proactively engage others and influence outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend sound conclusions and implementation strategies
• Team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Drive continuous process improvement, self-starter, self-confident and assured in personal abilities

Qualifications

Graduate : BE/BCA/MCA

Total of 6+ years of experience with a minimum of 4+ years in RHEL administration
