What the role looks like: 

  • Deliver live and on-demand instructor-led training via a variety of modalities and technologies.
  • Facilitate virtual instructor led training to end-user customers and partners on a regular schedule across regions and globally.
  • Partner with the global Customer Learning Team and fellow trainers to ensure consistent customer experience globally.
  • Update, translate & localize training materials as directed.
  • Review feedback, identify and implement improvement.
  • Maintain participant records (e.g., registration, test scores, evaluations, and attendance)
  • Hybrid position (Wed – Thursday onsite – the rest WFH)
  • Working hours – Mon – Fr 09:00-19:00

Your profile: 

  • 1+ year in Customer Training, (virtual) education or L&D environment.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English – written and verbal
  • Experience delivering ILT / Vilt learning programs.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Experience using virtual platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, Cisco WebEx and LMS platforms such as Skilljar Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles, both inside and outside of traditional classroom environments.
  • Passion for training and educating people
  • Direct work experience in a training capacity, including external training and internal curriculum development and execution.
  • Professional and confident public presence; experience commanding large audiences as a trainer and/or speaker in both virtual and in-person settings.
