Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 

  • Building and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs,
  • Encouraging the customer to understand the entire product/system/service,
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process, taking ownership of the whole process. Reporting and following all customer-related activities,
  • Preparing Dealer & Projects Sales plans, performing regular status reviews, and proposing new solutions of potential order shortfalls,
  • Defining new market opportunities, expanding Danfoss’s existing customer portfolio, building new structures in Dealer/Key Account Business Area,
  • Developing necessary application adaptations for our OEM customers and dealer network and providing the necessary support in the relevant fields working with Technical Support Team such as Marine, Crane, HVAC, Water and Heavy industry, etc.
  • Providing efficient marketing activities to customers according to the Danfoss values.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering is preferred,
  • 2+ years of experience in Drive, Power Electronics or Automation industry is preferable,
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset,
  • Action-oriented and good team player,
  • Ability to work independently without supervision,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications,
  • Native in Turkish and fluent in English.
