RCIS Operations Project Leader in Ankara, Turkey

Job Description Summary

RCIS Operations Project Leader is a member of the ISC/Service and Commercial Organization. This role ensures that we have a resilient Supply Chain for Equipment and Service in the light of the changing trade environment. This role will own the process / project management to ensure that we continue to operate in a compliant way to deliver to our customers on time.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build and own process from a supply chain and commercial operations perspective linked to sanctions to ensure to ensure that in a framework of sanctions compliance we deliver to our customers on time in the most efficient manner.

  • Partner with Commercial, ITC, Customs, Legal, Finance (local, regional & global) to ensure operation is efficient, customer focused and compliant.

  • Partner with the full operational team and ITC to build a comprehensive improvement roadmap and execution plan.

  • Understand and support enhancement on the different digital systems/applications are connected to ensure order flows in line with the Russia commercial and legal framework.

  • Act as the daily escalation point for both ITC/Legal and field Operations (OTR and Service Operation and Commercial Organization) to address any operational blocking point.

  • Own the Distribution network implementation for Supply Chain: leveraging the GEHC existing Manufacturing capability to ensure we avoid supply Chain disruption and generate productivity.

  • Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve our supply Chain resilience. Utilize understanding of industry trends to support the decision-making process.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Minimum 10 years of Operational Experience in the Supply-Chain or logistic Space with multiple/diverse setups

  • Commercial Focus and Business acumen

  • Experience in working with Global teams

  • Experience working in highly regulated environment (Regulatory, Custom, Trade)

  • Experience in leading projects using the Lean methodology.

  • Change agent with strong credibility and influence in the organization

  • Proven leadership and effective decision-making capabilities

  • Ability to work in teams

  • Analytical capabilities

  • Flexibility and Resilience

  • Ability to find consensus, good negotiation skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Russian
