Job Description
- Monthly Business Reporting and ensuring the sales controlling including variances analysis,
- Business Plan coordination including budgets, resources, measures and reports.
- Active attendee to performance review meetings and managing presentations to local and regional top management covering financial performance, KPIs, risk management and country economic outlook,
- Ensure financial reports for management,SU,BU as needed or requested, including income statements, cash flow statements, KPI and balance sheets, transfer pricing,
- Close contact with other departments and shared service centers (Accounting, Custom,Tax, HR, IT, and operations risk management) to maintain proper follow up of financial aspects and monthly reporting,
- Receivable monitoring,credit management and collection, relationship with customers on accounts receivable topics, invoice verification and inflation accounting included,
- Managing relations with external and internal auditors, ensuring high quality / performance of audit conclusions,
- Ad-hoc reports and analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, and other relevant departments,
- Knowledge about Python, BI Tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), SQL or relational databases,
- Minimum 8 years of work experience – of which in controller position – in financial controlling and budgeting functions in a production company, preferably in a multinational company or has a work experience spent in an independent audit firm, audit department
- Knowledge of accounting procedures and financial reporting practices and IFRS
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel in particular) and SAP FI/CO,
- Excellent command of English,
- Ability to handle, analyse large amount of data and present it,
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking, teamwork ability,
- Excellent time management, team management experince
- Accounting skills, including knowledge of accounting principles, standards and techniques, cost analysis and reduction, cash flow management
