Job Description

• Support internal communication and people engagement
• Creation of an internal communication strategy for Bosch Türkiye HQ and satellite locations
• Create/manage the process of content creation for internal communication, coordinate with content team and design team to deliver the final product creation/idea
• Promotes DBE activities to the organization with the support and supporting Leadership.
• Organize and manage internal events
• Create and manage the communications for internal campaigns
• Create and manage RBTR internal channels of communication, such as journal, APP, TV, newsletter
• Bridge with external services and agencies 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, or Business Administration with focus on Communications, public relations, or marketing.
• 2-3 years experience in similar roles
• Experienced in taking a communications idea from concept to reality with creativity and attention to detail across a wide variety of communications channels and media.
• Track record in the design and delivery of strategic internal communications and engagement programs and projects
• Excellent writing, editing skills as well as journalistic ability to source stories from employees
• Outstanding presentations skills (PowerPoint, Graphic Design etc.)
• Very good storytelling skills
• Very good interpersonal Skills and relationship-building skills
• Creative skills and thinking outside the box
• Being digital savvy – familiarity with information technology, digital and video means of communication
• Excellent team player
