We are looking for a “Brand Manager (Product)” who works closely with the Sr. Brand Manager (Creatives, Cons. act, Cartoons, Occasions and Innovation) and manages creative development processes (artworks, key visuals, POS tools) and implementation of all consumer activations (online & offline activations linked with special cans or multipacks or with smart technologies), new product launches leading incremental improvements within beverages, as well as the expansion of the brand into new categories. This role works closely with International Brand Team as well as local and global creative agencies, ensuring the coordination with On & Off Premise to make sure that Red Bull will always have a winning portfolio. S/he will be reporting to the Sr. Brand Manager.

- Brand Management
- Works closely with the Sr. Brand Manager, local marketing team members and International HQ specialists to share learnings, best practices, to align plans, share latest updates and insights.
- Implements the business strategy successfully for Red Bull NPDs and The Organics by Red Bull.
- Instigates and participates in creative sessions to develop tactics and assess best practice case studies.
- Collaborates & ensures synergy on any trade/marketing initiatives as well as potential marketing initiatives.
- Advertising & Communication
- Creates branding and through the line communication; managing creative processes from briefing to implementation of all Red Bull NPDs and also The Organics by Red Bull.
- Makes sure to work with Senior Brand Manager (Media & Research) in order to have an efficient media strategy and deliver results when it comes to awareness to trial & consumption.
- Consumer Activations
- Works together with Brand Manager – Research to translate consumer insights into actionable consumer activation campaigns. Develops 360 consumer activation campaigns using new and innovative tactics around data.
- Ensures successful execution of all event and/or product related consumer activations in strong collaboration with field marketing, culture, on premise, off premise and sports marketing teams.
- Manages relations with HQ Consumer Marketing team as well as NPD team to have timely and succesful campaigns.
- Innovation & POS Communication
- Successful planning and execution of product & packaging launches together with sales, operations and other marketing functions.
- Ensures creation & implementation of perfect and ongoing POS plans throughout the year across all sales channels (offline & online) working in collaboration with Field and Trade Marketing teams.
- Creates and implements 360 launch plans for Red Bull new products and the Organics.
- Budget Management
- Manages local Advertising & Production budget and ensures efficient fund allocation and optimization while delivering project KPIs.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Minimum 3 years experience, preferably in FMCG brand marketing.
- Strong marketing understanding, analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements and market trends.
- Relationship & stakeholder management.
- Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results.
- Fluent in written and spoken English with an outstanding writing and verbal communication & presentation skills.
- An entrepreneurial ‘can-do’ attitude facilitated by continuous learning and application of appropriate ‘best practices’.
- University Degree
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Travel 20-30%
