Data Analyst with English and Arabic/Turkish/Russian

You and your team

You will join the team of around 30 colleagues based in Gdynia, London, Tel Aviv, and Bangalore. Altogether your major responsibility will be to supervise market events for bonds, develop relationship with market participants and perform quality control checks and respond to client questions. This role involves significant collaboration with various internal teams, providing a diverse work environment and continuous learning opportunities. We are cooperating closely to be able to present the accurate info about new issues as soon as they are priced in our flagship product, Eikon. Our customers, mostly international banks, and asset managers, benefits from your expertise to take their business decisions every day.

Skills and requirement

  • Proficiency in English + Arabic, Turkish or Russian
  • Experience in sourcing data
  • Experience in Customer Support (e.g., replying to clients’ queries, direct support)
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Practical knowledge of SQL
  • Attention to details

You will be even more competitive if you have

  • Experience in validating accuracy
  • Knowledge of Corporate Actions and Fixed Income reference data (Terms and Conditions)
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in economics/Finance or Financial Mathematics
  • Experience in Python

Your daily responsibilities

  • Working optimally within teams or by yourself, be proactive to identify and resolve problems
  • Process and maintain data/information accurately and in a timely manner onto databases using financial and technical knowledge
  • Research new and review existing sources for Corporate Actions Data to ensure that quality & timeliness improvement through simplification and automation opportunities
  • Test new database/application releases where appropriate, providing user feedback
  • Build up knowledge of financial regulations and market practices in relevant markets and Monitor market events to anticipate the changes
  • Daily Update of reports/timesheets/production reports
  • Research and respond quickly to all client issues, adhering to quality goals for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness
