Job Description

  • Responsible for the training of newly recruited congress and organisation sales representatives.
  • Introduces the hotel to newly recruited congress and organisation sales representatives and gives information about our contacts.
  • Responsible for the sale of requests that are 10 days away from realisation.
  • Visits agencies in Izmir and companies with group organisation potential to promote the hotel and establish good relations.
  • During the operation, he/she fulfils the requests received by the customers.
  • Promotes all special programmes and promotions of the hotel.
  • Records all activities in Opera.
  • Fulfils the requests of the customers during the operation. 
  • Implements all policies and procedures of the hotel.
  • Organises promotional tours to potential customers.
  • Works to grow in new markets and proposes Sales & Marketing Plans.
  • Reports weekly and monthly sales reports to the Sales Director and Sales & Marketing Director.
  • Ensures that the number of groups per day is consistent depending on the season and that average group price targets are met. meets the needs of the customer.
  • Implements all sales action plans.
  • Organises promotional tours to potential customers.

Qualifications

Relevant sales experience is an asset
