Role Overview:

An exciting opportunity to join a new business inside sales team, who will partner with a field rep to lead, build and develop the territory.

Your role will allow you to have full account ownership for existing install and net new logo.

About the Role

  • Collaborates with the field account manager to identify customer base and creates account plans to develop the territory.
  • Source new sales opportunities through warm and cold calling, partnering with the channel community, using social selling tools and identifying whitespace accounts to create new opportunities.
  • Responsible for generating new business in both new accounts and existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities.
  • Creates and drives pipeline activities through varied activities working directly with customers, marketing, and our channel community.
  • Create, run and close sales opportunities to achieve quarterly quotas.
  • Travel to partners and customers regularly.
  • Keeps customer information up to date by using a CRM system daily.
  • Forecasts customer needs and opportunities on a weekly basis and submits a timely accurate forecast.
  • Partners with the sales eco system, pre sales, marketing, channel, business operations to utilise tools and resources to close opportunities.
  • Recommends the most suitable products/service, identifies features and benefits, overcomes customer objections, and closes sale and prepares appropriate documentation.
  • Provides customer service to existing customers to ensure satisfaction via internal contact with sales or external contacts with distributors.
  • Responsible for identifying new customers and selling company products (through distribution channels)
  • Performing account mgmt responsibilities to existing customers, as well as generating new customers by outbound calls, meetings and working through own network to generate demand.
  • Identifies decision makers, determine customer needs, and explain product/service alternatives. Uses sales methodology MEDDPIC to identify customer needs. Overcomes customer objections, and closes sale and prepares appropriate documentation.
  • Ability to value sell and cross-sell or up-sell each account and refers to other parts of the sales force as appropriate such as professional services.
  • Informs and engages customers using persuasive techniques to motivate customers; urge timely action toward actual purchases with Intel technology. Provides customer service to existing customers to ensure satisfaction via internal contact with sales or external contacts with distributors
