DHL FREIGHT TURKEY TEMPORARY HR MANAGER (MATERNITY COVER)
We are looking for a temporary HR Manager for our head office which located in İkitelli/ İstanbul.
Contract would be for 1 year to cover maternity leave. The person would be responsible for all HR related tasks all around DHL Freight Turkey; 8 cities, around 250 employees, 2 warehouses.
KEY SUCCESS FACTORS:
- Strong HR background in all areas; legal, compensation, budget management, payroll, blue collar experiencetalent management, recruitment, trainings.
- Hands on approach with great personnel skills.
- 8-10 years of similar experience
- Team player, Initiative taker, problem solver, strategic thinker, customer centric.
- Fluent in English
