Your Role in Our Journey 

• Guide and support tutors through their entire journey, from onboarding to ongoing engagement, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Actively monitor the performance and engagement of 200-400 tutors, providing regular feedback and support to enhance their teaching experience.
• Manage day-to-day communications with tutors, addressing their queries through various channels, including emails, calls, and newsletters.
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Manager of Tutor Success to define and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for tutor engagement and success.
• Facilitate best practice sharing within the tutor community, ensuring consistency and quality across the board.
• Gather and relay essential information from cross-functional teams to tutors, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed in their roles.

• Quickly adapt to new technologies and tools, ensuring smooth communication and interaction with tutors across various platforms.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with tutors and colleagues, ensuring all interactions are professional, supportive, and constructive.
• Maintain excellent organizational skills, managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease, even in high-pressure situations.
• Leverage your knowledge of the Turkish education system to provide tailored support and insights to tutors, enhancing their ability to succeed in their roles.
