We are currently looking for a Factory Hygiene and Food Safety Executive to join our Balıkesir Factory team.
Location: Balıkesir
Type of contract: Permanent
Main Responsibilities;
- Promote quality awareness across the company by delivering training for their specific areas of expertise e.g. hygiene, foreign body, haccp, pest control, cleaning validation. Promote GMP standarts at whole factory as Hygiene Champion.
- Implementation of specific quality procedures, instruction and tools, which are directly related to their area of concern and implement Nestle quality instructions and follow up of pathogen monitoring plan for all factory as Pathogen Champion.
- Define and update the specific quality procedures, instruction and tools( such as HACCP) which are directly related to their area of concern and implement Nestle quality instructions.
- Ensure food safety management system documentation is updated and effective. Assess the Nestlé Food Safety Management System is in place, and is obtaining expected results.
- Ensures that consumer complaints, specifically foreign body complaints are properly evaluated and acted upon to prevent re-occurrence.
- Support activities to achieve compliance with the Nestlé Quality Management System requirements and other applicable instructions and standards.
- Coordination of management of changes i to ensure no food safety related risk introduced to site
- Provide Risk Assessment analysis. Manage issues with non-conforming product to assure proper control, minimize losses and ensuring consumer expectations.
- Undertake root cause analyses for Quality and Food Safety stock holds, disposals and consumer complaints. Implementing robust, sustainable corrective actions which will reduce or eliminate reoccurrence.
- Delivers training for their specific areas of expertise e.g. HACCP
- Organizes periodic HACCP reviews for all lines and ensure training of Haccp team as Haccp Coordinator
- Qualifications;
- University graduate or equivalent (preferred food science related)
- 3+ years food industry experience in a manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated experience in HACCP
- Preferably experienced in SAP Quality Management module
- Conversant in Continuous Improvement tools and methodologies
- Experience in managing Food Safety Management System
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in MS Office
