The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Key Account Representative at Commercial Branding & Transportation Division for Turkey, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Contribute to achievement of country sales targets for the Commercial Branding & Transportation Division (CBTD)
  • Achieve individual sales and activity-based goals for the territory (Turkey)
  • Support and implement sales plans and business strategies.
  • Proactively develop and implement territory sales plan & individual development plan
  • Identify and close new business opportunities and increase 3M share of wallet with end-user customers in sales territory with a focus on identified market segments
  • Establishes and enhances business relationships with major distributors in the territory including conducting product training and education on the 3M value proposition
  • Leverage management, marketing & technical staff to improve key business relationships and achieve sales targets
  • Undertake project activities as required by the division
  • Management of CRM system

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution
  • Sales / Key Account / Project skills preferably in the relevant market, similar business models, or similar portfolio
  • Communication skills – ability to communicate at different levels of organisations / audiences

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Business development through channels
  • Result oriented approach
  • Active listening
  • Objection handling

Role location: Istanbul or Ankara

Work model: Hybrid (approx. 1 day per week on-site/home office)

Travel: May include up to 60%-70 of domestic travel (position is responsible for Turkey territory)
