A Day in the Life

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Intern in Sales and Clinical Therapy Consultant within Deep Brain Stimulation business. You will help provide Neuromodulation Consultancy for the products of the Neurologist, Neurosurgery portfolio. As some of the technologies are at an early stage of market development, a key part of this role will be to accelerate the adoption of these therapeutic solutions. Become a part of a motivated and dynamic team and work with the latest stimulation technology that our therapies offer.

Internship details:

  • Duration: 6 months (with possibility to extend)
  • Expected start date: November onwards
  • Working model: hybrid
  • Working hours: 40 hours per week
  • Location: Ankara

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • You will assist with establishment and maintenance of customer relations with healthcare professionals and organizations in the name of Medtronic.
  • You will provide technical expertise to sales representatives, other sales functions and customers through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products.
  • You may provide follow-up support to company sales staff and customer personnel by providing technical support and information on specific applications.
  • You will provide sales personnel with technical data necessary for the demonstration of products.
  • You may make technical or scientific presentations at sales meetings and customer locations from time to time upon demand.
  • You will act as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff for Neuromodulation business.

Required knowledge: 

  • Recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Biology, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science/Engineering or related field
  • Fluent in English and Turkish
  • Eager to learn & develop
  • Good knowledge in MS office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook)

Would be a plus:

  • Driver’s license
