Sr. DevOps Engineer

As a physician-founded and led organization, ensuring everyone has access to quality healthcare is what inspires us. The magic we’ve created lies in Carbon Health’s custom EHR and the collaboration among clinical teams, engineers, and designers who work side-by-side to deliver innovation like our hands free AI charting tool. That’s why we hire people who genuinely care about patients, solving healthcare challenges, and making a positive impact every day. Join us and help change the future of healthcare for the better.

To meet our goal of making quality healthcare more accessible and more affordable, Carbon Health is scaling our audience, and thus our staff, services, and tooling, very quickly. It is critical that while we scale, we are always improving the performance and reliability of our products and services, and that we are equally improving the means by which we enable our engineering teams to deliver the products and services our patients deserve. We are invested in automation, in refining and simplifying processes, in documentation and training, and in creating quality controls and efficiencies that enable us to achieve our customer and patient facing missions and also sustaining our security, privacy, and compliance goals.

We seek a Senior DevOps Engineer to help define the design, development, and support of our next generation of automated build, deployment, & infrastructure provisioning systems. You will help guide an engineering team that empowers engineers: building consistent development environments at scale; providing continuous integration tooling that ensures fast iteration, lessens developer frustration, and ensures what passes staging works in production; you will build out deploy tooling to manage a mesh of microservices. Your team will prototype new technologies to ensure system availability is always one step ahead of customer and staff demand. This is an opportunity to use technology to make world class healthcare affordable to the masses, empowering medical professionals to serve those in need. If you love people and technology, we want to meet you!
