The key responsibilities in this role include:

Core components

Reporting to the People Experience Director, People Experience Business Partner will

  • Take initiative in diverse projects which would bring added value to both People Experience and overall business
  • Assume active role in introducing effective PX solutions as a strategic partner to several business divisions
  • Work in partnership with all internal/external stakeholders in the business to provide coaching, support and influence organizational capability readiness.

  • Provide full-fledged consultancy and commercially focused PX solutions that support the business area in conjunction
  • Work with the Senior Management Teams at times of change and transformation. Provide advice on change management initiatives as well as organizational restructures
  • Work with other PX Business Partners in designing models as well as fine-tuning active systems in line with the changing dynamics and needs
  • Take part in identifying short to long-term resourcing issues. Build and maintain the local talent pipeline plans, co-ordinate with the business about workforce supply and demand and challenge clients on new roles, replacement, and recruitment as well as retention strategies
  • Embed a performance management culture within the business area as a means of driving business improvement by ensuring clear objectives, feedback, and the improvement of customer service
  • Contribute to the development of the wider PX strategy and work closely with the Senior People Experience Management Team
  • Utilise people analytics and metrics to develop solutions that addresses gaps and capitalises on opportunities.
  • Work with colleagues and managers to resolve people-related issues, particularly performance management and colleague grievances, escalating issues requiring investigation, and/or discipline to the relevant teams.

WHAT WE EXPECT

Must-Have:

  • University Degree in Business Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of ownership of complex situations and accountability in delivering results, working with cross-functional teams and colleagues at all levels of an organization.
  • Solution driven and quality orientation
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions, growth mindset
  • Results and detail orientation along with project management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent operational and interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on partnering
  • Ability to resolve complex issues and manage contention under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal (formal and informal) communication skills
  • Excellent team-player with advanced presentation and consulting skills

  • High level of English and Turkish proficiency
  • Advanced level of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) programs
