Growth Team is working for the long term and sustainable growth of Trendyol by reaching millions of people everyday through all possible channels and tactics. The team analyzes data to make great decisions and hunts potential growth opportunities working with other teams within Trendyol. Growth team aims to maximize user experience by offering our customers relevant and timely communication & content. At the end, we are all working towards the same goal: to create an excellent experience for our customers!
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and manage data pipelines, ensuring scalability and efficiency
- Collaborate with growth teams to understand data needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize data storage solutions and ensure high performance for large-scale datasets.
- Implement best practices for data governance, quality, and security.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure system health and data accuracy.
- Support the integration of various data sources into the infrastructure to enable comprehensive analytics.
QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Proven experience in data engineering, infrastructure, or a similar role.
- 2-6 years experience in similar roles
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, or other programming languages used in data processing.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for data-driven growth.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

We embrace a hybrid working model that seamlessly blends the best of both worlds—remote productivity and the collaborative energy of our vibrant offices. Every month, we gather at our offices once to work side by side, fostering in person communication and embracing the camaraderie that fuels our team spirit. These sessions are crucial for teamwork in solving complex issues, socializing, learning from each other, and experiencing our culture.
Each division has a pre-set optional office day each week. Based on our preferences, we come together at our offices at our discretion as an opportunity to feel more team spirit, immerse in our culture, and familiarize ourselves with our way of workings.
We offer the opportunity for a two-month full remote work program, allowing you to work from abroad, during the summer period (July to August).
