We are looking for a Operations Project Manager for our Sultanbeyli location.
Your tasks:
- Lead operation projects related mainly to footprint expansion and optimization for Production, Distribution and Warehousing, including Direct Deliveries out of Central Distribution Hubs, Drop Shipments, Cross Docking and Local Warehousing of Stock, SAP implementation in IMEA region.
- Lead escalations and planning of respective corrective actions and mitigation plans. Passionate about providing full transparency and timeline for planned and completed projects at regional level.
- Creates in collaboration with operations leadership and deploys roadmaps covering production and logistics standards in terms of technology, processes and service level and secures on time and effective deployment.
- Actively supports/drives CAPEX planning across IMEA locations ensuring roadmap feasibility. Leads business case reviews with financial teams. Prioritization, based off cost benefit and ease of implementation.
- Key point of contact for Operations and Materials Management PMO – Global.
Your profile:
- Academic degree in technical field or equivalent with 3+ years of professional experience in project management
- Proven project management skills (PMP certification desirable)
- Strong facilitating and collabrating skills for remote & matrix teams
- Advanced skill set to analyze and solve problem, to present topics, to run project and building teams with good level of communication skills
- Fluent in English
