Job Description
Responsible for the commercial purchasing: Electronics parts (Direct materials).
- Commercial purchasing window for the responsible parts categories / suppliers.
- Interact with and support colleagues from project purchasing, quality and technical team globally.
- Suppliers sourcing activities for Bosch Business Sector Mobility– collaboration with oversea divisions, plants and oversea purchasing teams.
- Cost reduction activities of purchasing parts categories with strategical and innovative methods.
- Prepare and Conduct price negotiations and responsibility for price planning and price development tracking.
- Market research and analysis for responsible category and potential suppliers coordination.
- To make the strategy for responsible suppliers and parts category.
- Responsible for contracting with suppliers.
Bosch Mobility事業部向けエレクトロニクス直材購買品の担当 (Global Category Buyer / Supplier Key-account)
- 担当購買部品カテゴリーおよびサプライヤーのコマーシャル購買・交渉窓口
- 海外事業部・工場との内部調整・サポートおよび海外購買チームとの連携による購買活動。
- 戦略的・革新的な手法による担当購買部品の価格低減活動。
- 担当カテゴリーサプライヤーとの価格交渉およびプランニング、進捗のトラッキング。
- 購買部品のマーケットリサーチ・分析および新規サプライヤースカウティングのサポート。
- サプライヤー・担当購買部品の戦略策定への参画。
- 担当サプライヤーとの各種契約関連の締結。
Qualifications
Required skills:
- Vast abilities for the negotiation & coordination. high communication skill. high global mind.
- Proactively tackling difficult tasks / situations and proactive mind, flexible work style, strong target oriented.
- Strong willingness and motivation to learn.
- Good teamwork skills and ability to manage business relationship with internal / external globally.
- Must have an excellent international communication skill.
- Fluent English language skill & Japanese language skill (Business – Native level) to lead difficult negotiation with suppliers / internal coordination. (There are a lot of conference calls with oversea countries and e-mail communications in English. = TOEIC score > 750 or equivalent / upper English skill)
- Must have MS Office skills, Beside, motivation for learning a lot of purchasing IT tools.
Preferred skills:
- Having the background of automotive purchasing, project management, sales, marketing, logistic, engineer.
- 2-3 years experience as commercial/project buyer in the automotive industry
- Experience of international business

- 日本のサプライヤーとの難解な交渉ができうる日本語能力。(ビジネス～ネイティブレベル)
- MS Officeが使いこなせ、かつITツール習得に貪欲であること。(多くの購買ITツールを使いこなしていただきます。)
望ましい経験・知識：
- 2-3年以上の車載向け直材コマーシャル購買およびプロジェクト購買経験者。
- 車載向け購買、プロジェクトマネージメント、営業、マーケティング、ロジスティック、エンジニア等の経験者。特に海外業務関連者。
- SAPシステム経験者。
