Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients in the Turkish market.
Act as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Identify growth opportunities within your client portfolio and upsell relevant products or services.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and personalized experience.
Monitor client activity and satisfaction metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Regularly report on VIP clients’ feedback and account performance.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities within Turkey.
Provide insights to help tailor services and offers that align with VIP client preferences.
Plan and coordinate exclusive events or promotions for VIP clients.
Ensure VIP clients receive unique, memorable experiences.
Requirements
Language Skills: Native or fluent in Turkish and English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) in account management, client success, or a similar role, ideally working with VIP or high-net-worth clients.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with social media apps and/or live streaming platforms.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with high-value clients.
Analytical Abilities: Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze client data and provide strategic recommendations.
