We’re looking for an Off Premise Department Assistant who is strong communication skills, solution oriented and prone to teamwork, able to think quickly, have time management skills, and have a high level of responsibility.

- Planning
- Assist Off Premise department director and managers on the daily work routine such as; arrange meetings and appointments, coordinate visit program and agendas, making travel (flights & Accommodation) arrangements
- Welcome the guests coming from abroad, making the organizations such as hotel and flight tickets
- Prepare reports & presentations according to management demands
- Organizing Off Premise department meetings and welcoming/hosting visitors
- Manage
- Follow up, coordinate, process vendor invoices through invoice approval system
- Upload vendor agreements and contracts in contract management internal tool, coordinate signatures and communicate effectively
- Support the Off Premise department director and managers in their daily office operations and needs
- Organize Off Premise department meetings and welcoming/hosting visitors
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- University Graduation
- Minimum 1-2 years experiences in related area
- Fluent in English
- Competency in MS Office tools and systems(Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Strong communication skills (Written & Verbal)
- High Planning and Organizational Skills
- Good in Stress Management
- Time Management Skills
- Ability to Solve Problems Creatively
- Team Player, Collaborative
- Available to Travel
- Travel 0-10%
