Job Description
- Generate new accounts within assigned segments
- Participate in tradeshows, conventions and promotional events
- Keep track of accounts’ activities and business details, establish and maintain good relationships with account contacts
- Keep track of the competitors’ activities, special promotions and rate packages
- Monitor monthly results and performance of assigned accounts. Explain ups and downs of their business volume
- Negotiate prices and seal contracts
- Communicate effectively to ensure that the sales function is carried out smoothly and commitments are met
- Achieve sales objectives and goals as set by the management
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proven experience in the same field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly responsible and reliable personality
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Excellent team relationship skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment
