- Provides Hotel Guests and Colleagues technical IT and A/V support.
- Installs and tests necessary hardware and software.
- Establishes network users, user environments, directories, and security for networks being installed.
- Installs, upgrades and configures network printing, directory structures, rights, and files services.
- Works with IT Manager to perform network troubleshooting to diagnose common network problems.
- Install, configure and maintain computer hardware and software
- Documenting, archiving all correspondence and trouble shooting, follow up suppliers’ visits and maintenance.
- Ensures technology assets are secured.
- Installs, monitors, and maintains telecommunications equipment including cabling and providing technical guidance as needed.
- Performs adds/moves/changes/deletions.
- Supports Telephony Infrastructure IP PBX, IP-DECT , Company Mobile phones.
- Troubleshoots high-speed Internet access problems
- Maintain asset register for all IT assets
- Must be able to operate independently.
- Provide meeting room technology A/V services to the clients.
- Maintains background music systems,
- Ensure ALL guest bedrooms have working HSIA and IRES Systems
- Assisting employees with hotel technology environment and related issues
- Proactively prevent issues before they occur (Put procedures in place)
- As and when required, take support calls out of hours
