Job Description

コンチテック産業部門(Industrial Solutions APAC) 日本チームのコンベアベルト製品担当

アプリケーションエンジニアとして、以下の職務をご担当いただきます。

・アプリケーション・エンジニアリング活動を開発・実行し、短期・長期の事業目標達成、 

利益拡大、市場成長を支援する。

・上長であるコンベアベルト製品のアプリケーション・エンジニアリングチーム長（

オーストラリア・パース勤務）の指導に従い、部門方針を実行する。

Develops and executes the Application Engineering activities within the sub team to support the Segment in achieving short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market growth.

Supports Salec Channels in technical aspects to prepare for over-proportional profitable growth in the region. 

Executes department policies according to guidance from Team Lead AE Conveyor Products as well as Head of Application Engineering.

Ensures compliance with company policies & procedures and takes appropriate action when breached.

The incumbent is responsible for executing the segment’s strategy in her/his respective area.

Qualifications

・技術系または理系の学位をお持ちの方

・基本的なプロジェクトマネジメントの経験

・異文化および複数の技術ドメインに跨るチームでの業務経験。

・アプリケーション・エンジニアリング、技術コンサルティング、研究開発における1～2年の実務経験 

・日本語、ビジネスレベルの英語力

・自発的に行動できる方

・異文化理解のある方

【望ましい】

・機械工学の学位をお持ちの方

・国際的なビジネス環境でのプロジェクトマネジメント経験

・アジア太平洋地域(APAC)の海外顧客とのビジネス経験

▪ University degree in Engineering or Science (Mechanical Engineering preferred)

▪ Technical or science studies (University / University of applied science)

▪ 1-2 years professional experience in application engineering, technical consulting, R&D 

▪ Basic project management experience, especially in international business environment

▪ Experience with working in intercultural & interdisciplinary teams of advantage
