We are looking for a IT Finance and Vendor Manager to join our IT team in Istanbul. Directly report to Sector IT Manager.

Responsibilities
- Managing IT financials in terms of month end closing, forecasting, accruals, reporting and submission activities for both baseline and investment including OPEX/CAPEX.
- Participating in Finance sessions in both TurkeyFP&A team and Sector IT Finance Leadership Team meetings and sharing financials and related insights with BU CFO, Sector IT CFO and other LT members. Following up actions for financial performance.Making the right interventions to keep on track and when necessary, redirecting resources as new risks and opportunities emerge
- Continuously seek for ways to improve and automatize tasks and processes
- Discuss, align and follow up productivity, tasks and targets with respective stakeholders
- Coordinate and land global vendor signals, x-charges, MCM charges, budget transfers
- Engages with leadership in the field, engages with team associates to drive results while building long-term capabilities.
- Stakeholder management and alignment. Develops and maintains trusted and collaborative relationships with business partners
- Keep liaison with local IT team and GP, FP&A, S&Tand S&P teams.
- Being SPOC of TCS global vendor relationship
Qualifications
Years of Experience
- 5+ overall IT experience
- 3+ years of comparable work experience in operations to include vendor management / outsourcing /procurement/contract negotiations / IT budget &financials / planning and reporting
- 3+ years of experience in IT audit/compliance
ManTechSkills
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject
- Excellent Turkish and English communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Strong financial acumen with consultative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with experience negotiating commercial terms and service level agreements.
- Experience in drafting, implementing, and negotiating contractual requirements
- Thorough knowledge of legal frameworks and business accounting procedures
- Experience with PEP Finance accounting and procurement software (HFM, Oracle Financials, MyBuy,Power Steering, Global Brain etc.)
- Professional knowledge of MS Office applications &collaboration tools

- The ability to interact with executives and stakeholders at all levels of organization and delivereffective presentations
- Strong problem solving and result-orientation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
