We are currently looking for a Shopper Marketing Manager to join our Category Development team.
Location: Maslak, İstanbul
Type of contract: Permanent
As a Shopper Marketing Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;
- Drive the culture and mindset shift in order to ensure “Shopper Mindset” is in the center of all commercial activities. Ensure having no gap for relevant data needs. Enable moving from Data to Understanding to Insight, including ability to answer business, brands, channels and customers questions in an integrated manner which brings the story together
- Provide relevant shopper insight as well as research expertise through marketing & communication insight team and leadership to support “win with shoppers” BBNW room and all parts of “Commercial Framework”.
- Support the customer teams to create a compelling story that establishes a connection between our customers and our initiatives to grow the category by addressing shopper needs
- Translating insights: Lead the generation of shopper understanding, interpret relevant sources of information and translate them into actionable insight relevant to category, brand, channel and customer
- Bring shopper-relevant marketing initiatives to life in-store, in-line with customer needs. Develop differentiated shopper activations for priority customers.
- Develop the capability of CDT (Category Development) and sales functions to ensure shopper behavior is understood and applied to build stronger category stories and customers plans
- Build a shopper intelligence hub for the organization and feed periodically all related internal stakeholders and enable easy access to reports and analysis.
- Leadership to bring shopper relevant investment into life in-store.
Which profile are we looking for?
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical skills
- At least 5 years experience in Generating Demand at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG and / or insight generation focused roles.
- Category Development,Channel Development, Shopper Marketing experience will be an asset.
