Join our Team

The Learning & Development Coordinator works directly with the Learning & Development Manager, Supports the learning and development function of the hotel by assisting the learning manager in planning, organization, coordination, execution and evaluation of all line staff, supervisory and managerial learning and development programs as well as assisting the human resources department in learning and development related matters.

Ideal Candidate

Provides management with accurate and objective feedback for solutions with respect to employee relations and learning needs

Assists the Learning Manager in coaching and developing Designated Trainers (DT) in their role and responsibilities

Partners with peers and superiors to determine performance gaps and learning needs

Develops solid relationships with all new hires to act as a supporting role during their probationary period

Assists the Learning Manager in facilitating the Four Seasons Introductory Training Program modules (FSITP) for all new hires to standard

Assists the Learning Manager in conducting Designated Trainer Workshops (DTW) and needed follow-up skill programs

Assists the Learning Manager in coordinating the Supervisory Development Program (SDP), facilitate Management Development Programs (MDP) and Toolkits Participates in and supports Hotel Committees (e.g. Safety Committee) and Meetings (e.g. Departmental Meetings, Direct Line)

Assists the Learning Manager in creating and producing an annual Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Training Plan

Prepares and produces monthly and quarterly Learning and Development Calendars as directed by the Learning Manager

Assists the Learning Manager in ensuring Standards Training Manuals are updated and formatted correctly in departments

Assists the Learning Manager in evaluating trainings and reporting the results.

Prepares and maintains training attendance records Assist in coordinating and participate in employee relations events

Assists the Learning Manager in coordinating and organizing programs facilitated by internal and external trainers

Assists the Learning Manager in marketing the learning function’s programs, initiatives, and e-Knowledge Suite

Communicate the effects of the learning function through bulleting boards and Planning Committee meetings

Assists the Learning Manager in tracking department training hours monthly and annual for compliance and statistics

Treats all employees in a friendly and courteous manner

Processes confidential information without compromising the nature of the material or information

Maintains the cleanliness of the office and order supplies when necessary Performs a high level of professionalism and integrity while maintaining the confidentiality of the office

Responds properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation

Performs other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff
