Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging Turkish language lessons tailored to the needs of the hotel operation.
• Assess students’ language proficiency levels and create personalized learning plans.
• Organize and conduct group and individual classes, ensuring a dynamic and interactive learning environment.
• Provide cultural insights to complement language instruction, fostering a deeper appreciation for Turkish culture.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Collaborate with hotel management to schedule classes and promote language offerings to staff.
• Maintain a positive and professional learning environment.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Teaching certification preferred).
• Fluency in Turkish and proficiency in English (other languages are a plus).
• Previous experience teaching Turkish as a foreign language, preferably in a hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Multi-Tasking, Time Management, Detail Orientation Planning and Organizing.
• At least 1 year of related work experience.
