Join the innovative team at OpenText Content Professional Services Practice as we seek a dynamic and resourceful individual to serve as a Bilingual Lead Consultant within our Content team. If you’re passionate about leveraging your French language skills, business acumen and technical expertise to design, configure, and implement customized OpenText solutions, we want to hear from you. This role is dedicated to serving English and French communicating Enterprise accounts, focusing on the OpenText xECM product line.

As a Bilingual Lead Consultant, you will apply your blend of business and technical skills along with consulting methodologies to gather and analyze information, design solutions, and ensure their successful implementation based on unique customer requirements. Working closely with clients and cross-functional teams, you will be integral in delivering high-quality Professional Services engagements and contributing to the development of solution designs and strategic deployment roadmaps.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS 

  • Lead the delivery of Professional Services engagements with precision and excellence.
  • Demonstrate technical leadership in OpenText’s xECM software, encompassing various modules such as Content Server Community, Information & Security Modeling, Records Management, Workflow, and Reporting.
  • Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Contribute to project documentation and participate in multiple projects concurrently.
  • Conduct presentations, workshops, and demonstrations to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships and provide mentorship to junior consultants.
  • Adhere to internal standards and best practices for consistent project delivery.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • 10+ years of professional experience in implementing medium to complex ECM solutions.
  • French language proficiency.
  • Proficiency in xECM, Records Management, Connected Workspaces, Workflow, and Web Reports.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business-focused team members.
  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
  • Knowledge of on-premises and cloud enterprise software deployments.
  • Familiarity with a range of technologies including development languages, web-based tools, and platforms.
  • Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to continual professional development.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
