Job Description
We are seeking a Bilingual Senior Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join the Cyber Security team. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of IAM concepts, but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks taking ownership for every process from beginning to end.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Azure and SailPoint and a strong background in designing, implementing, documenting, and managing IAM solutions. This person must be able to join meetings with international teams in English, so the candidate must be proficient in the language. Please submit your resume in English.
Job Responsibilities
- Technical design, implementation and maintenance of Identity and Access Management solutions using various technologies such as Azure Entra (Azure AD), SailPoint and ServiceNow.
- Integrate IAM solutions with other systems and applications.
- Develop complex IAM Workflow solutions covering the lifecycle of Identities, Access Permissions, Privileged Accounts, etc.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IAM engineers.
- Deliver advanced SailPoint IdentityNow application management and tailored configurations, emphasizing the adaptation of the application to satisfy specific IAM business process needs.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts and workflows using SailPoint’s scripting language, PowerShell and other platforms such as Power Automate & ServiceNow to automate IAM tasks and enhance functionality.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in IAM, with a focus on Azure and SailPoint, working as an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Governance Administrator or Engineer.
- Three years or more years of experience with SailPoint Identity provisioning and certification modules.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
- High level of English fluency in both written and verbal skills, and ability to communicate with different levels within the organization in this language.
- Possess IAITAM Certification, such as CHAMP, CSAM, and CITAM.
- Experience with IAM tools and technologies, such as Active Directory, SSO, PIM and MFA.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, and written).
- Strong knowledge of IT software and hardware.
- Direct SailPoint IdentityNow experience a plus.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory Azure AD/EntraID.
- Familiarity with system integrations for Identity management tools with other systems using API.
- Proven ability and experience in engineering and administrating IAM workflow systems.
- Strong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision.
- Excellent at performing multiple tasks at the same time without erring.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail and desire to self-educate.
- High level of proficiency with O365/M365, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.

- Ability to work independently within a team environment.
- The candidate must be authorized to work in the country where this position is located.
- No travel is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Security Engineer, SailPoint IdentityIQ).
- PowerBI experience.
Physical and Mental Job Qualifications
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
