We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager EE Cluster to define, lead, and execute cluster-wide marketing strategies across all Sales Companies in the Cluster. This individual will be responsible for driving marketing results, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong connections between sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Cluster Marketing Plans: Define and drive cluster-wide marketing plans and priorities to ensure consistent execution across all Sales Companies within the Cluster
- Project Ownership: Take full responsibility for the marketing outcomes of various projects across the cluster, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely execution
- Market Expansion: Identify opportunities to reach new customer segments, expand market share, and enhance brand visibility
- Close collaboration with Cluster President, local MDs and Global marketing team to retain alignment between local and global strategy and marketing & sales organization
- Efficient Collaboration Between Sales and Marketing: Build a strategic bridge between the sales and marketing teams, ensuring effective collaboration to drive business growth
- Lead the Marketing Team: Lead and inspire the Marketing Cluster organization, ensuring the team is equipped to support all business needs and marketing disciplines (digital, brand, content, events, etc.)
- Annual Planning Process: Own and manage the annual marketing planning process for the Cluster, working closely with senior leadership to ensure strategic alignment and budget allocation
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Track and measure marketing performance across the cluster, providing regular updates to senior leadership on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams, particularly in sales and marketing collaboration
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team across multiple regions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies
