We are seeking an experienced and proactive Health & Safety / Facility Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring compliance with regulatory health and safety standards while driving continuous improvement across all organizational levels. You will oversee complex health and safety issues, implement effective management systems, and provide strategic insights to promote a safe and sustainable workplace.
Your Role:

Facilities management across Turkey sites (Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir): all services including asset management, security, cleaning, catering etc.

manage P&L and accounting of sites, AOP cost control, coordinate PO approvals, rent/bill/tax/service payments etc.

Managing Real Estate employees in Turkey

Ensure the organization meets all regulatory health and safety compliance requirements.

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and escalate significant risks to leadership.

Develop and implement health and safety programs in line with company policies and standards.

Monitor and report on health and safety key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve performance.

Provide technical guidance and training to employees on health and safety practices.

Lead ISO 45001 audits and prepare detailed management reviews for site leadership.

Foster a culture of health and safety awareness and continuous improvement across the organization.
You are the right fit if:

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant health and safety and facility management experience, preferably in operational or complex environments.

Membership in a professional health and safety organization is desirable.

Proven ability to handle complex EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) issues independently.

Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and risk management practices.

Experience on implementation of ISO 45001 Health & Safety Management

Fluent in written and spoken English is a must, addition to local language.

A Level certification on Occupational Health & Safety – A sinifi Is Sagligi Guvenligi Uzmani Sertifikasi
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
