We are looking for a Field Operations Executive – BW&PC to work within our Customer Development team. This role is based in İstanbul
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
· Reaching all Perfect Store targets by effectively and accurately using the category strategy that is to develop Unilever field power,
· Managing İstanbul SPM field teams (UME, UME Heads),
· Planning and executing the Perfect Launch’s for all NPD’s according to the calendar of the related category,
· Monitoring sales data and keeping up to date with current market trends and customer needs,
· Making weekly reports of activities and evolution of business to evaluate the current potential of the market and take actions accordingly,
· Establishing product availability, optimum number of NPDs, recommended price display, correct product display, correct promotion application and visuality that will attract the shopper to the shelf to turn the retailers into perfect stores (PS),
· Representing the company as establishing relations with retailers and sales points at Unilever standards,
· Ensuring route optimization in line with company targets & determining weekly visit frequencies,
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
· University Degree
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Demonstrable and successful sales track record
· Good technical background in product area is desirable
· Good presentation skills
· Proven record of effectively meeting sales quotas
· A degree in business studies would be an advantage
