Job Description

The Account Director’s primary role is to retain and develop business through demonstrating a real understanding of a client’s business and delivering a solution that is both effective and compelling. She/ He will lead the successful development of integrated communication activities of the Client, bring ideas and plans to live, and ensure their excellent delivery. The role requires a leader and an orchestrator.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience or more in account management
• Experienced in ATL/Digital/BTL
• The high velocity with a willingness to take on exciting disruptive challenges.
• Collaborative, with a personality that contributes to our culture and works well across teams.
• Ability to work in a self-directed, fast-moving, results-oriented environment.
• Excellent in people management, team building, and leadership.
