Account Manager Sell Out

JOB DESCRIPTION

Nature and aim of the position

The holder of this position is responsible for managing and developing an assigned region for TFS, Media, Online products and to gain assigned new business accounts

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Delivery of sales targets
  • Delivery of new business targets and cross sell GB products to existing accounts
  • Delivery of account specific contractual obligations
  • Customer relationship management
  • Monitor and manage debts level of assigned accounts and minimise bed debts exposure
  • Improve merchants knowledge and expertise with our services
  • Accurate account management delivering the Sell-out objectives:
  • First / ongoing training
  • Maximize TFS business (IR and RR management)
  • Business Statistics analysis, presentation, discussion and action
  • Action plans and store visits in line with company segmentation model
  • Accurate use of CRM to plan, record and report account specific activity
  • Main KPI’s
  • Net Turnover TFS, CC, Media, GB Online
  • TFS Refund Ratio
  • New business for TFS, CC, Media
  • Ageing
  • Cross selling to existing accounts
  • Relates to / cooperates with
  • Main Function interactions:
  • Country Manager, Sales Manager, Marketing Manager, FE organization

Main cross – Function interactions:

  • Media, Marketing

Background and Education

  • Genuine sales talent with strong results orientation, passion and determination to reach sales targets
  • 1-2 years experience account management experience ideally in retail or financial services
  • Basic English mainly reading
  • Some IT understanding an advantage
  • Specific skills and knowledge
  • Self motivated, customer focused and target driven
  • Good customer relationship and management
  • Negotiation and influencing
  • Ability to sell the full product portfolio
  • Priority planning
  • Ability to use creative solutions to solve problems
  • Knowledge of MS Office products
