- Creates files on Hawb level,
- Takes carrier bookings, follows flight performance and resolves carrier irregularities,
- Coordinates with airport offices for cargo acceptance process ,
- Manages pick up organizations that are executed by IWS and in exceptional cases directly with suppliers and maximizes profitability for trucking,
- Prepares, controls and distributes all required Export documents & data to DGF offices,
- Manage Life Sciences and Healthcare shipments comply with GXP standard,
- Manages door delivery operation with destination office,
- Creates cost and revenue items of owned file,
- Creates customer invoices and being responsible that cost and revenue are realized correctly,
- Responsible for KPIs of shipment creation, OTC check, shipment consolidation, airline
- booking, booking information to shipper and DGF Destination office, accrual&WI creation timeliness and completeness, transport booking creation, gateway assign Z17 milestone , carrier dimension and weight measurement information to shipper&shipper’s customs broker, billing milestone, AWB creation into CW1 and Z48 milestones,
- Responsible for KPIs of Sick Files, Unbilled overdue files, revenue leakage, Auto-Rating and Auto-Costing including individual global/local regulations for own file,
- Responsible for GP growth and optimization on file level for own files,
- Checks the sick files, GPS analysis and takes actions for resolution,
- Takes spot quotes by carriers,
- Creates all customer quotations in QuoteShop and follows up with customers to maximize the Sales&Marketing,
- Responsible for business development by owned farming accounts,
- Interacts with customers on the phone or personally as applicable,
- Sells DHL Insurance to her/his customers,
- Ensures the proper implementation of customer and collaborates with all stakeholders to provide successful business launch,
- Complies with regulations and internal procedures,
- Creates a positive customer experience by ensuring flawless services including shipment visibility, customer reporting, irregularity & claim management and KPI measurement for the best customer experience,
- Perform tasks as per Head of AFR’s instructions,
- Works in line with DHL rules and standards,
- Should possess a university degree,
- Extensive knowledge of Airfreight Export operations,
- Good administrative skills,
- Good commercial and financial mindset,
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, must be fluent in English,
- Can-do spirit and pragmatic thinker with level of detail and multi-tasking skills,
- Self-confident and ability to maintain strong relationships,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel,
- IATA dangerous goods certification (preferred),
- Ability to work with flexible working hours if needed,
