AFR EXPORT TEAM LEADER

AFR Export Team Leader manages export team in Ankara. Responsible for Ankara AFR Export P&L, GP growth and volume growth. Ensures flawless services and enables best customer experience. Managing customer and business retention and business growth from new customers are priority including customer quotations, shipment visibility, reporting, irregularity & claim process management and KPI measurement. Leads the team in all aspects including EOS

• Extensive knowledge of Airfreight operations
• Good administrative skills
• Good commercial and financial mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent both in written and spoken English
• Can-do spirit and pragmatic thinker with level of detail and multi-tasking skills
• Self-confident and ability to maintain strong relationships
• Bachelor degree
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• At least 5 years of experience in Airfreight operations
• No military obligation for male candidates 
• IATA dangerous goods certification (preferred)
• Ability to work with flexible working hours if needed
