ABOUT YOUR TASKS
- Responsible for assisting customers’ technical needs as well as advising them services to keep their equipment running in top performance
- Working side by side with Spare Parts Manager to provide prompt and excellent support for spare part enquiries from both service partners and end users
- Back Office, Managing Service and spare parts, personnel responsibility
- To always make sure that the highest level of customer satisfaction will be achieved
- Receiving, managing, and processing spare part orders from service partners and end users
- Preparation and registration of authorized service partner agreements
- Documenting service reports and equipment installation reports based on service partner technicians’ notes and findings on the field
- Monitoring and creating monthly reports
- Collaborates with all supporting departments from service and sales
- Strengthen our team with humour and heart
ABOUT YOU
- Engineering Electronical University or Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Good knowledge preferably in industrial kitchen and laundry equipment business
- Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels
- Solid understanding of the problem solving- and decision-making processes at customers
- Fluent in spoken and written Turkish
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- You enjoy working with our customers and service partners
- Personality with drive, heart and mind
- A desire for teamwork and a great sense of humor
