To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Aftersales Specialist in our plant in [[location]]. 

We are looking for an “After Sales Specialist” to be member of our Sales Organization based in Kurtkoy, Tuzla-Istanbul.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provides logistic and property support services and analyses.
• Receipt and analyze customer orders.
• Create and maintain Master data in SAP for all product references.
• Monitor customer orders for aftersales parts delivery.
• Ensure that the customer orders are correctly integrated into the system and monitor their deliveries.
• Prepare and send invoices to customer
• Ensure stock management in SAP and warehouses
• Establish core responsibilities matching FCSD activities granting of delivery performances, reliability and customer satisfaction at FCSD
• Provides KPI Monitoring datas.
• Escalate IT for blockage topics SAP or infrastructure related
• Escalate in case of issues directly to supplier/customer or requires support do direct manager.
• General SAP master data set up and maintenance for allocated parts.
• Check of SAP settings for cross-plant when setting and upload new material.
• Regular / monthly checking of SAP settings.
• Support for internal and external audits ( LEAN, Quality, MMOG/LE)
• Coordination of the external logistics service partner.
• Fiscal year inventory responsible for internal process and support.
• Material planning of finish products for the OEMs and other customers
• Monitoring and balancing of stock on hand vs. target with daily coverage list.
• Minimizing of obsolete materials.Responsible for Obsolete topics with suppliers, OEM, PM, Sales,
• Escalate IT for blockagetopics SAP or infrastructure related.
• VOR backlog follow up in order to support ( missing order, headcount,.material and equipment issue )
• Escalate in case of any issues/blockage items to direct manager or upper management level

Qualifications:

• Master or Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Engineering Fields combined with technical background and skills or equivalent Master/Bachelor degree in Commercial/Economical Engineering
• 2-3 years of experience in sales management activities or equivalent professional record in the automotive industry
• Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategies to manage sales tasks

condense and present complex information to key personnel in meaningful reports and compiling presentations

• Need to have computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Office); being a team player
• Need to have problem solving skills
• Fluency in English speaking and writing, German is an asset
• Willingness to travel
