Your Main Responsibilities

• Collaborates with application development and infrastructure teams to protect web applications in an advanced cloud environment (Containers, Serverless Architectures, Microservices).
• Work with other teams to identify and resolve vulnerabilities in the cloud environment.
• Partner with engineering teams and guide the integration of security controls into CI/CD pipelines such as SAST, DAST, SCA, IaC, secrets detection.

Qualities We Are Looking For

• Experience automating repeatable tasks with a popular language like Python, Go, or bash
• Experience with containers and container orchestration platforms.
• Familiarity with Software Configuration Management (SCM), Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) to leverage the latest native cloud services.
• Experience with the end-to-end vulnerability management lifecycle (SAST, SCA and DAST)
• Technical knowledge about k8s policy management tools like Kyverno, OPA, etc.
• Technical knowledge to understand vulnerability risk and remediation steps
• Experience in container scanning (both image and runtime) and creating secure container images
