Job Description

As an Area HR Manager, you lead the Area to secure a Customer First mindset and strategy to recruit, train, develop, and engage top performers and build best teams together with the Area Manager, Area Team & Support Office HR Team.

This is an exciting role for somebody who embodies the H&M Values, leads with a vision, communicates in an inspiring way, is self-motivated and has shown excellent leadership skills in their previous and current roles.

Key responsibilities are, but not limited to:

• Lead with a vision. A clear and specific strategy to achieve all HR goals & KPI’s.
• Set expectations and follow up on the recruitment process in all stores to create diverse teams.
• Act as a “neutral” escalation point for employee complaints and support store management together with Area Manager to prevent and resolve those.
• Analyze data and have specific actions to improve colleague engagement and increase staff retention in the Area.
• Set expectations and follow up on a quality development and succession plans for all Colleagues in the Area.
• Support and promote our values and employer branding initiatives.

• Has proficiency in local & company policies, procedures and regulations.
• Currently hold an Office(HRBP, HR Specialist, etc) – Area(Area HR, Area Manager etc) or Store Manager Role
• Minimum B2 Level English & C2 Level Turkish both written and verbal.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of time

Additional Information

This position is a permanent position, offered on a local contract and based in our Support Office in Nişantaşı/İstanbul.
