We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as Area Manager Asistant. Plus at the same time you will have great opportunities to develop yourself with trainings. How does that sound?

The role is based at our Bosch Bursa Powertrains Solutions Plant.

Your contribution to something big:

• Management of the secretarial of the Technical Area
• Assistance to Technical Area Manager
• Keeping on track and follow-up of daily agenda / approvals / meetings etc.
• Travel planning for department heads and guests
• Follow-up of relevent meetings and information of Compliance in the related area
• Tracking of vacation status in the related area
• Supervision of interns in the related area

Qualifications

• Good command of written and spoken English, German and Turkish
• Microsoft office skills
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• Collaborative and team player
• Regular and systematic follow up topics
• Effective presentation and persuasion skills
• Willing to work in international teams and within intercultural environment
• Able to work independently
