Assistant Accounting Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Accounting Manager for our new product project currently being executed under the umbrella of Siemens Finansal Kiralama A.Ş. The role will be integrated into the new organization as part of the upcoming new set up.

This role will be responsible from accounting, tax and reporting duties of the company.

What are my responsibilities?

  • Bookkeeping of all transactions of the Company
  • Responsible for preparation of all monthly closing and regulatory declarations (Income, VAT, Stamp etc.)
  • Prepare statutory BDDK (BRSA) books and reports
  • Responsibility of the accounting, tax and reporting duties of the company
  • Managing relations with Tax Auditors
  • Managing the account receivable process to collect the receivables timely

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • Degree from a reputable university and related field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance etc.
  • Good command of English both written and spoken.
  • 10+ years experience in accounting roles, preferably in multinational leasing and finance companies or tax audit experience
  • Knowledge of Financial İnstitution Accounting Principles (BDDK)
  • Analytical thinking, proactive and willingness to take initiative
  • Excellent command of MS Office programs, especially Excel
  • Excellent team management and collaboration skills

What else do I need to know?

  • Male candidates should have completed the military service requirement
  • No restriction for travelling abroad
