The role is required to ensure ongoing support to both Health Systems META and Imaging Business (MR-DXR-CT) in META, and function for detailed analysis on key financial metrics. In addition, the individual is at the forefront of the FC/AOP/SPOR cycles for the business and the Zone.
Your Role:
Key go-to finance person in the team for supporting the Commercial and Operations teams for Imaging business,
Roll-out best practices, and finance knowledge sharing within the finance and commercial team,
Support META HS and Imaging Business financial roll-up and create actionable business insights to improve business results and drive performance management,
Support in monthly performance review on commercial metrics, drive actionable insights with markets to drive pro-active countermeasures,
Drive the month-end closing processes for the HS business across the market with support from central FP&A and Accounting Operations,
Support Markets on MCOS on actionable insights and performance management, together with the Operations and Commercial teams,
Collaborate across operations, Accops, FP&A and finance to standardize and harmonize financial reporting and support recurring finance cycles with the support of FP&A,
Drive key root cause analysis on gaps (via problem solving methodology),
Responsible for supporting optimizing recurring planning/forecasting and SPOR cycles for the HS META.
Supporting financials analysis/input into the monthly/quarterly performance review decks (MPR/QPR),
Executing process improvement projects across Business/Category/Zone / Functions while engaging with End-to-End stakeholders,
Support strategic decisions for Imaging Business by means of sound business analysis (bus. modeling, opportunity & risk assessments, scenario analysis, etc.)
Driving and executing organizational and performance improvements by means of a convincing strategically aligned and solid factual plan as well as an understanding of market share and competitive position.
Monitoring the financial position of the Imaging Business. Identification of risks and opportunities to current financial projections and propose soundful corrective actions where needed (e.g., margin improvement, cost improvements, productivity improvement).
Other ad-hoc tasks as required.
As an AssistantFinance Business Partner within the finance team, you will collaborate closely with the FP&A finance team supports FC/AOP/SPOR rollup as well as you team up with the HS Businesses, Imaging Business and function teams to deliver actionable insights toward continuous improvement and gap closing measures.
You will have finance exposure in Zone and business management and be responsible for sound and first time right financial information to the HS Finance BP META and Imaging, Market HoF, Imaging business leader and the META Zone management team.

You’re the right fit if:
University degree in relevant field (business, finance, accounting, economics); Advanced degree required,
Preferably minimum 8+ years of related experience,
Balanced financial experience, including FP&A, finance, and prior business decision support; knowledge of financial controlling and accounting.
Progressive experience in business, market (region) and staff management roles,
Strong business orientation – ability to understand and explain business results and translate into financial consequences,
Ability to evaluate the business proposals and partnering with business in maturing their initiatives with financial analysis,
Able to put much information in a structured way.
Analytical thinker, strong communication, presentation, and social skills
Drive for results and hands on approach.
Takes ownership and has a drive for constant improvement.
Ability to work with Cross functional teams and influence colleagues outside own process domain to achieve timely completion of reporting also ability to work and lead independently.
Proactive and hands on attitude, goal oriented and perseverant.
Experts excel skills – is mandatory.
Knowledge in SAP (Optional)
Big 4 experience is preferred.
Advanced in spoken and written English is a must.
