Job Description

• Responsible to support Fleet Key Account Manager to hunt, communicate and finalize the agreements with potential fleet customers in the market.
• Enabling Bosch Car Services newly involving in the fleet cooperations and coordinates with Fleet Solution Partner (Akademi), training Bosch Car Services about fleet processes.
• Monitors and reports workorder details, informing related stakeholders. Proactively follow changes in OEM requirements, spare parts, etc. and update them accordingly.
• Track necessary documentations (TS-12047, etc.) and ensure that all BCS meets requirements to involve cooperations.
• Responsible for Fleet Claims, coordinates them with necessary stakeholders (Fleet, Service, network coordinator, MA-AS/TSS)
• Supporting Fleet operations responsible in the field when its needed.
• Responsible to forward digital solution related development requests to Fleet Solution Partner and track them

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree or similar studies in preferably in engineering, business, marketing, automotive teaching or a comparable degree
• More than 3 years of experience in the automotive service business
• Solid understanding of workshop processes; basic understanding of automotive service technologies, vehicle diagnosis and awareness of related trends
• Build strong long-term relationships with Fleet Customers and BCS partners
• Proactive, solution, process and result oriented, self-motivated
• Firm affinity to digital transformation within the automotive service operations
• Good presentation skills and persuasive communication
• Strong verbal and written negotiation skills
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Excellent level of IT tools usage skills (MS Office applications,..)
• Have a valid driving license and no restriction for domestic travel (>%50 of working hours)
• For male candidates, military service to be completed
