Business Analyst – Sales Support

We are a team that partners with clients to fuse data, science, and the talents of our people to provide measurement and improvement for the clients and markets we serve. RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Management of pre-sales and post-sales processes 
  • Dealing with sales opportunities identified to him/her and being able to present NIQ and methodology to potential customers 
  • Following up customer needs with internal departments 
  • To follow the business processes of contracted customers 

REQUIREMENTS 

  • Fresh graduate 
  • Fluency in English and Turkish 
  • Experience in marketing / pre-sales in a global company/start-up – an advantage 
  • Analytical skills 
  • Good communication skills & visualization skills – interested in storytelling techniques 
  • Comfortable working in a digital-enabled environment 
  • Ability to work within a virtual environment 
  • Ability to work in a team environment 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides 
  • Organizational & interpersonal skills 
  • Interest in the commercial industry 
  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
