We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Panel Builders Business Development Manager to join our team in Istanbul. You will lead the business development activities steering development of LV Panel Builder Business (mainly xEnergy product group) within Turkey. This is a great position for a professional aiming to have a “techno-commercial role” which will entail a chance to display technical expertise while focusing on commercial growth.
What you’ll do:
• Pro-actively initiate and execute LV Panel Builder business development actions within Turkey targeting commercial growth.
• Focus on sales pipeline creation & follow up for targeted segments, with a personal contribution to direct sales figures
• Active involvement in Commercial & Industrial segment end-users & panel builder visits
• Establish framework of cooperation with internal (Engineering, services, other Businesses, sales, presales) and external (customers, consultants, partners) ecosystem.
• Drive the product & application engineering ecosystem by support, identifying training needs and transferring knowledge and best practices.
• Use technical engineering skillset and product specification knowledge, to customize products to fit the need of define target markets.
• Drive effective product launches and engineering campaigns.
• Using engineering skillset to customize and address the market Gap and product fit analysis.
• Showcase Eaton’s engineering capabilities to new accounts and segments.
• Support to engineer optimal technical proposals inline with market needs.
• Function as a Voice of the Customer channel for product management and engineering team when defining New products as part of NPD ProLaunch process.
• Manage and support the team in defining the optimal product portfolio for specific account and position the right value engineering concepts.
• Consolidate market input including local competitive landscape, pricing information as well general market trends and shares the input with the specified audience.
• Partners with LV Product Managers, other business developers and Business Unit functions to ensure they stay in close contact with markets and customers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Electronics Engineering. MBA is a plus.
Skills:
Experience in business development, sales, product management or other relevant business role within the Low Voltage product group, ideally working with Panel Builders
Extensive experience with AutoCAD.
Ability to take initiatives and drive them autonomously, strongly customer-oriented.
Ability to think and act strategically.
Advanced English skills
